Third Thursday--C&M's May Labor and Employment Update: OFCCP Developments and Trends
Event | 05.16.13, 12:00 AM UTC - 12:00 AM UTC
Please join us for the next edition of Third Thursday – Crowell & Moring's Labor and Employment Update, a webinar series dedicated to helping our clients stay on top of developing law, emerging compliance issues, and best practices. This month’s topic is the OFCCP, with a round table discussion of recent regulatory developments, decisions of note, and enforcement trends. Among other topics, our cross-disciplinary team will provide insights regarding OFCCP’s issuance of Directive No. 307 (“Procedures for Reviewing Contractor Compensation Systems and Practices”), an update on the pending VEVRAA and Section 503 Final Regulations, and the long-awaited UPMC decision. They will also share best practices for responding to the Agency’s increasingly aggressive enforcement posture, with anecdotes from the field as contractors and subcontractors respond to the round of scheduling letters issued in April.
