The International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) Annual Meeting and Training Symposium

Cheri Falvey will present a session titled, “Combatting Common Misperceptions on the CPSC Reporting Requirements: A Legal Toolkit to Help Avoid Enforcement Penalties” at ICPHSO’s Annual Symposium. The session will provide participants with a primer on CPSC reporting requirements and a set of slides that enable rapid fire answers to the most common questions raised by non-lawyers confronted with CPSC risk of injury reporting for the first time.
