The Credibility Gap? Seminar and Reception

The theme of this seminar is "The Credibility Gap? Does it exist and can it be closed? Is safety the first priority of Directors? It will focus on the health and safety obligations of Directors reviewing legislation and voluntary guidance as a look ahead at what the future holds in 2010.

Anne Davies and Gareth Austin will be providing the Crowell & Moring perspective while there will also be a guest speaker looking at it from a company director's standpoint.
