Minority Corporate Counsel Association CLE Expo
Event | 03.26.08 - 03.28.08, 12:00 AM UTC - 12:00 AM UTC
The Minority Corporate Counsel Association's (MCCA) 7th Annual CLE Expo will be held on March 26-28, 2008 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown.
The MCCA CLE Expo provides an opportunity for diverse attorneys to speak, to an audience of peers and in-house counsel, on a variety of substantive topics. Given the substantial in-house presence, the event presents significant networking and client development opportunities, even for attorneys not presenting on a panel.
Keynote speakers at the Expo will include Linda Chatman Thomsen (Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement) and Gwen Ifill (Moderator and Managing Editor of "Washington Week" and senior correspondent for “The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer"), with substantive tracks on Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property, Labor & Employment, Law & Global Compliance, Litigation & Investigation, and Value-Added Strategies. In-house counsel from Microsoft, Cardinal Health, Google, American Express, Motorola and Starbucks are among those scheduled to present at the event.
Laurel Malson, Trina Fairly, and David Osei will be attending this event.
