Meeting of Procurement Fraud Committee

This is a reminder that the Procurement Fraud Committee of the Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association will meet to discuss the “Knowledge” element of FCA Liability. This meeting is the third and last of a series of committee meetings on the elements of FCA liability.
