Lunch Update 'Current Trends in IP'

This seminar is organized by the Flemish Pleading Society (Vlaams Pleitgenootschap).

Jan-Diederik Lindemans selected several articles that give a clear picture of the current "trends", but also of the misconceptions that persist in the media about the nature and enforcement of intellectual property rights. The presentation focuses on issues that occurred in the past year in Belgium, with an occasional cross-border look.
