International Arbitration Month at Georgetown Law

The Georgetown International Arbitration Society, the Foreign Lawyers at Georgetown, and the Society of International Law present panels and events throughout February in honor of International Arbitration Month.

On February 12, Eduardo Mathison, who is the Moderator, and Ian Laird are speaking on the topic entitled, "ICSID Treaty Counterclaims: Requirements, Evolution of ICSID Cases and Investment Treaties."
