Address

The Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute's (GICLI) Fifth Annual Meeting shares valuable experiences and practical strategies for handling government investigations and related civil litigation at collegial round-table and panel discussions.

Partner Dan Sasse will moderate the panel "Value Champion: Leveraging Investigations Teams to Impact the Bottom Line" on Tuesday, October 15th at 11:20 am, and Partner Deb Arbabi will also be a panelist. In recent years, as in-house counsel and legal departments seek to bring added value in the current corporate environment, many have found that the same resources tasked with ensuring the highest standards are met and ethics respected can also create helpful channels to identify and explore ways to recapture overcharges. Investigations and compliance personnel are uniquely positioned to recognize opportunities that arise from the supply chain or in connection with customer relationships. Mature and comprehensive programs can generate multiple significant recoveries annually. This panel will address fundamentals principles to start or grow these programs.

Partner(s) Derek Hahn, Jason Murray and Dan Sasse will also attend the event.
