BCABA Annual Program

The Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association is holding its annual program at the Renaissance M Street Hotel in Washington, DC. This year's focus is "The New Procurement Landscape: Compliance, Claims, and GSA/IDIQ Contracting." Rick Claybrook will be the moderator of the panel Legal Ethics and Litigation at the Boards with Cathy Kunz and Brian McLaughlin participating. This panel will discuss real-life situations where opposing counsel's actions or behavior in Board cases raise concerns about their ethical obligations and what was done or should have been done to address such situations. The panel will also address Board sanctions and alternative methods by which the Boards have addressed unethical behavior.
