The American Constitution Society is having a discussion on presidential power and a book signing with Aziz Z. Huq, co-author of Unchecked and Unbalanced: Presidential Power in a Time of Terror and Associate Counsel at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University's School of Law. Co-authored by Frederick A.O. Crowell & Moring is hosting this event. Katherine Nesbitt will be moderating.
