ACC - M&A Due Diligence from the International Trade Perspective: Examining Distribution Investments in Brazil, Colombia and the U.S.

The program will cover cross border due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions of distribution and manufacturing facilities in Brazil, Colombia and the U.S. The focus of the presentation will be on the associated international trade elements that arise only in cross-border transactions. Import and export transaction due diligence issues will be presented, including export licensing and import compliance issues in each of the jurisdictions.
