ABA-Section of Environment, Energy and Resources Fall Meeting

The Section of Environment, Energy and Resources will bring together a broad array of leading government officials, academics, and lawyers to analyze the policies and provide practical insight on the range of subjects addressed by our Section’s committees, including topics that are legislative priorities, business development opportunities or that are or may become the subject matter of litigation: climate change, nanotechnology, biofuels, and alternative energy, and other subjects of national and international importance.

Kirsten Nathanson will be speaking on a panel at this event. She will be part of a mock permit hearing relating to environmental regulation of an expanding animal agriculture facility.
