David Drabkin, Senior Procurement Advisor to the Administrator, General Services Administration, will lead the discussion of the panel that is to include Lenny Loewentritt, GSA's Acting General Counsel; Howard Bufford, Counsel to the GSA Inspector General; and Bill Woods, Director of Acquisition and Sourcing Management at the Government Accountability Office.
