The World Customs Organization and the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee are pleased to announce that the 10th annual WCO PICARD Conference will take place in Baku, Azerbaijan from September 8-10, 2015.


This conference provides a platform for academics and policymakers from around the world to present their research, interact, and discuss vital policy issues that impact Customs and international trade. 


International Trade Group Partner John Brew is speaking on September 9. His topic: "Global Trade and Customs Journal."
