FTC Announces Proposed Revisions To "Green Guides"

Today the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced proposed revisions to the Guides for the Use of Environmental Marketing Claims, 16 CFR Part 260, commonly referred to as the “Green Guides.” Information about the proposed changes, including the FTC’s press release, the Federal Register Notice, and a summary of the proposed changes, is available on the FTC’s website here.
