Rina M. Gashaw is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where she is a member of the Government Contracts Group. Rina’s practice focuses on a range of government contracts issues, including government investigations, client counseling, and providing government contracts due diligence in transactional matters. Her practice also includes bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Rina earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Law Students in Court clinic focused on tenant rights and president of the Georgetown Law Teach-In program. She externed for the Honorable Lynn Leibovitz at the D.C. Superior Court and the Honorable Senator Kamala D. Harris and was also a consultant with the World Bank Group.
Prior to law school, Rina earned her B.A. in international development studies and political science from McGill University.
