Maura brings more than 30 years of law firm marketing experience to her role as Chief Marketing Officer.  Throughout her career, she has been involved in all aspects of a law firm’s business, including strategy setting and positioning, client development, communications, practice structure and support, and knowledge management. In particular, her focus has been on developing and supporting programs to strengthen and add value to client relationships, raising a firm’s profile through strategic and distinctive branding and communications, and leveraging technology and diverse business data to inform marketing strategies and investments. She has overseen large firm-wide projects, including client feedback programs, website design and development, and experience management initiatives. In her role, she has emphasized intentional collaboration and has been part of firm-wide initiatives that facilitate coordinated and strategically aligned efforts across legal and administrative departments to drive performance and deliver enhanced value to clients.

Maura has spoken at industry conferences on a variety of business development, branding and marketing technology topics. She served as President of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter and Co-Chair of the National LMA Education Committee.
