Marc Moubarak

Marc Moubarak is a counsel in our International Dispute Resolution Group. Marc has extensive experience in litigation and contentious matters, having handled a broad range of disputes relating, inter alia, to contracts and commercial transactions, rent, employment, tax, telecommunications, construction, foreign investment, intellectual property, and corporate issues. He also advises on regulatory matters. 

Before joining our firm, Marc worked for several years as an associate for a renowned international firm in Qatar. He has a deep understanding of Qatari laws and takes a creative approach in advancing the clients’ interests. Marc also handled a variety of cases in Lebanon and across the Middle East. Marc attended several programs in Europe and the U.S. to keep up to date with the recent developments in international law and international arbitration.

• Assisting a foreign company with an asset-tracing investigation in connection with a multimillion dollar insolvency case in Qatar.
• Acting as local counsel in connection with a legal compliance audit of one of the largest hotels in Doha.
• Representing one of the largest paint manufacturing companies in the GCC in a trademark dispute in Qatar.
