Laura Martinez is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Health Care groups. Her practice focuses on a wide spectrum of corporate matters for public and private clients, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, venture capital financings, general corporate and commercial contracts. Laura’s practice spans multiple industries, including health care, technology, sports and entertainment and manufacturing.
During law school, Laura served as production editor on the Denver Law Review and interned for the Honorable William Hood III, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Colorado. Prior to law school, Laura spent time working for Georgetown University and the Department of Defense Educational Activity.

- the acquisition of a leading provider of complex in-home care services;
- the public company acquisition of the largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy services in the U.S.; and
- the acquisition of a pharmacy, telepsychiatry and medication management services provider.
- Advised a publicly traded software company on its acquisition of a U.K. provider of video creation solutions.
- Advised a manufacturing company on its series seed and series A financing rounds.
