Overview

Justin is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Justin’s practice focuses on advising emerging companies and their venture capital investors in financing and capital raising transactions. In addition, Justin has advised more mature public and private companies, investors and their portfolio companies on various corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and complex commercial contracting arrangements.

In addition, Justin has worked on several finance and commercial lending transactions, focusing primarily on representing financial institutions in connection with loan and credit agreements. Justin has also been seconded to large corporations to provide support on an array general of general corporate counseling matters.

- A revolving and term loan to a provider of systems engineering, technical, and program management services intended for both government and industry clients.
