Overview
Jacob Zucker is a trial-experienced litigator with a national practice focusing on complex commercial and contract disputes in state and federal courts across the country. He has experience counseling clients on pre-litigation issues and managing all aspects of litigation through appeal. He also regularly negotiates and responds to third-party subpoenas on behalf of clients. Jacob has worked on several contentious litigations where he has taken the lead in drafting and arguing motions, managing all aspects of discovery, and regularly taking and defending depositions as first chair.
