Henry W. Leung

Overview

Henry W. Leung is a litigator with a prior career as a successful writer. Henry’s experience crafting narratives with exacting precision is an asset to clients with a range of litigation needs, from disputes involving state law to administrative, regulatory, and environmental law.

Henry advises and represents clients as a member of the firm’s Litigation and Trial and Environment and Natural Resources groups. He is also a member of the firm’s Appellate working group. Henry has drafted successful appellate briefs applying state law, federal bankruptcy law, and administrative and environmental law. He has also assisted in drafting amicus briefs for the Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Henry was a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and a legal intern for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, Code Enforcement Team. While in law school, he participated in the Environmental Law Clinic, was a Salzburg Cutler Fellow in international law, and served as an associate editor of the California Law Review. In his prior career, Henry was a Fulbright Fellow, a writing instructor, and the author of two award-winning collections of poetry.
