Representative Matters

  • Represented private equity funds and corporations in conducting transactional due diligence and counseling related to the acquisition and sale of government contractors, including both federal contractors and contractors with businesses focused on the state and local levels.
  • Litigated numerous bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and U.S. Court of Federal Claims as well as at the state and local levels in various jurisdictions across the country.
  • Represented government contractors in investigations and mandatory disclosures provided to various inspector general offices and federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, and Department of Commerce.
  • Resolved several prime-sub disputes for a major government contractor through both arbitration and mediation proceedings related to Afghan reconstruction work.
  • Represented government contractors in investigations relating to alleged violations of the civil False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Procurement Integrity Act, among others.
  • Reviewed contractor compliance programs and provided practical advice and gap analyses for contractors overhauling their compliance regimes.
