Brendan Hanley is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office, where he is a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group. His practice focuses on maximizing claims in large antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of clients.
Brendan received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor for Publications of the Virginia Journal of International Law, and as a member of the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law & Business Review.
While in law school, Brendan interned in the Wireline Competition Bureau and in the Office of Commissioner Geoffrey Starks at the Federal Communications Commission. While at the Commission, Brendan conducted research on telecommunications policy and prepared briefings for the Commissioner.
