Ashley Kalimada is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office, where she practices in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group. She focuses her practice on pursuing and maximizing claims in large antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of national and international clients.
Ashley is also experienced in commercial litigation and has substantial experience in the area of commercial contract disputes. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust and Competition Group, Ashley concentrated her practice in the areas of construction and surety law, providing a full range of litigation and business-legal counseling services to some of the country’s largest contractors, subcontractors, developers, and sureties. In addition to litigating public and private construction disputes and surety bonds claims in state and federal courts and tribunals, Ashley counseled clients through the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as the day-to-day construction issues and disputes as to minimize risk and assist clients with analyzing and preparing future claims.
While in law school, Ashley served as a member of Pepperdine Law Review and also earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship and the Law.
