Aryeh Mellman is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office, where he practices in the Antitrust & Competition and Mass Tort, Product, and Consumer Litigation groups. Within these groups, Aryeh represents clients in class actions and other complex litigation and provides regulatory compliance counseling before agencies such as the CPSC. He maintains an active pro bono practice focused on asylum applicants.
During law school, Aryeh was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and served as the executive articles editor for the Journal of Law and Social Problems. He also interned for the Honorable Valerie Caproni of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and at the Immigration Law Unit of the Legal Aid Society.
Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Aryeh was a staff law clerk at a boutique litigation firm in New York.
