October 16 - 17, 2008 • Washington, D.C.

The Masters Conference 2008 is scheduled to take place October 16-17, 2008 at the Ronald Reagan Building located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington, D.C.

This event marks the third installment of the Masters Conference and will focus on educating in-house counsel, law firm attorneys and litigation support teams on the importance of these rules. It is an intimate forum where highly respected speakers in the industry, vendors and attendees can collaborate and share lessons learned and discuss different topics and issues they all deal with. Maintained on a small scale with attendance capped at 350, the Masters Conference is designed to be an exclusive opportunity to learn and network with the top legal professionals in the industry without battling large crowds and vendor halls.

Crowell & Moring's Courtney Barton will be a panelist: "The Positive Impact Effective Records and Information Management Can Have on E-Discovery (Reactively and Proactively)." and Jeane Thomas will be a panelist: "Best Practices for Developing, Communicating and Applying Search Terms."
