January 24, 2012 • Irvine, CA

Join attorneys from the USPTO and Crowell & Moring who will address protecting and enforcing patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and domain names. Topics include do's and don't's, common misunderstandings and mistakes that U.S. businesses make in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights, including issues related to China, where counterfeiting and piracy are critical concerns for U.S. firms. Participants will have an opportunity to raise questions and for one on one discussion with presenters.

Learn from experienced Crowell & Moring attorneys about the finer points of protecting intellectual property rights in the U.S., including what to do when your IP is stolen.

Presented in conjunction with the United States Commercial Service of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the District Export Council of Southern California.

Terence Ross, Mark Romeo, Doug Sullivan and Kathleen Balderrama are among the presenters.
