This seminar brings together an expert panel from leading law firms in Argentina, Brazil, China, and the U.S., along with seasoned in-house antitrust experts. The panel will provide practical insight on the current environment and the approaches being taken by the antitrust authorities in the key countries. Panelists will comment on best practices for minimizing international antitrust risk and effectively addressing cross-border antitrust investigations.
