ABA - 5th Annual National Institute on E-Discovery

This National Institute will bring together an all-star line-up of inside counsel, judges, e-discovery experts, and private practitioners for a full day of advanced-level programs that examine issues related to who is doing the work of e-discovery and its effects.
- Speakers will include the Hon. David G. Campbell (D.AZ), Hon. John Facciola (D.DC), Hon. Paul Grimm (D.MD), and Hon. Ronald J. Hedges (D.NJ, retired) as well as corporate counsel from CSX, GlaxoSmithKline, WellPoint, and Duke Energy, and other leading e-discovery experts.
- Topics to be discussed include possible amendments to the federal rules; ethics and technology; search automation and document review; e-discovery involving social networking sites, cloud computing, instant messaging, and more.
David Cross is a member of the faculty and the Moderator of the topic entitled, "E-Discovery Ain’t Just About Email: Hot Topics in Preservation and Production."
Jeane Thomas is also a member of the faculty and is one of the speakers on the topic, "Ethics and Technology in the 21st Century."
This event will be held in Washington, DC at the law offices of Crowell & Moring.
