Caught in the Crosshairs: Former Prosecutors Discuss Navigating False Claims Act Investigations and Litigation

Webinar | 04.19.23, 1:00 PM EDT - 2:00 PM EDT

For the second time this Supreme Court term, the justices are set to hear argument in a case involving the False Claims Act (FCA)—the government’s enforcement tool of choice in cases involving allegations of fraud. Please join Crowell & Moring for a discussion with former DOJ attorneys on enforcement trends and best practices for companies that find themselves in the crosshairs of the government or whistleblowers in FCA investigations and litigation.
