A tenant has an implied duty to vacate at the end of the lease term and, when a contract does not specify the rate to apply, a holdover tenant must pay damages at the market lease rate. In J. In October 2024, the FTC adopted a final rule that substantially modified the HSR form, requiring new categories of information and documents. The final rule was the most significant overhaul of the HSR premerger notification requirements in decades.
