ESG Opponents' Antitrust Accusations: Do They Make Sustainability Collaboration Dangerous?

Investors pursuing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs or applying sustainability standards have recently faced high-profile antitrust accusations, leading some to reconsider their participation in certain sustainable investment groups.
