Megan Louise Wolf is an associate in the Antitrust and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Groups. Her practice includes advising on a variety of competition issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, including compliance with Second Requests and the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. Megan also represents clients in antitrust and securities litigations.
Megan received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2011, where she served as Article Development Editor for the American Criminal Law Review and was a member of the Barristers’ Council Trial Advocacy Division. During law school, Megan interned for United States Magistrate Judge John M. Facciola in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She received her B.A. in Journalism, summa cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University in 2005.
