Paul Mourning is co-chair of Transactions Department of Crowell & Moring and served previously as co-chair of the firm's Health Care Group. With a primary focus on the unique and complex corporate and transactional issues that face tax-exempt health care and nonprofit organizations, his clients include acute care, residential long-term care, home care, and hospice providers, as well as managed care and other health insurance organizations.
