Megan A. Maitia is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm's Government Contracts and White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement groups. Her practice focuses on representing and counseling corporate and individual clients in civil and criminal litigation, as well as government audits and investigations, regulatory enforcement, and counseling under the False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Megan has trial experience in both state and federal courts.

From 2014 to 2015, Megan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable André Birotte Jr., United States District Court in the Central District of California.

Megan received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude and was an editor of the Loyola Law Review. While in law school, Megan worked as an extern for the Honorable Dolly M. Gee and the U.S. Attorney's Office Criminal Division, Central District of California. She received her B.A. in political science from California Polytechnic State University.
