Lily Ting Hsu


Lily Ting Hsu is an associate in the Litigation and Mass Tort, Product, & Consumer Litigation groups at Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on mass tort litigation, including products liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device matters. As a litigator, she represents clients in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Lily Ting served as an articles editor on The George Washington Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Lily Ting received multiple recognitions for her writing skills, including winning the 2021 Rudge Creative Solutions Prize for best paper, which proposed a creative solution to a societal problem, winning BYU’s 2020 national law storytelling competition, and serving as a GW Law writing fellow. During her time at GW, Lily Ting took on active leadership roles in the law school community, including representing evening students in the Student Bar Association, mentoring first-year students as an Inn of Court Lead Student Advisor, and serving as a student tutor in constitutional and corporate law.

As an evening law student, Lily Ting worked during the day as a law clerk at the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives from 2018 to 2021. Prior to entering the legal profession, Lily Ting worked as a speech-language pathologist in the District of Columbia Public Schools.
