Dillon S. Kellerman

Dillon has experience in complex commercial class actions, IP disputes (copyright, trade misappropriation and patent), sports litigation cases, antitrust matters (private action, merger review, and corporate counseling) and various other sector-specific technology disputes. Dillon has litigated several jury trials in the Northern District of California and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  

Dillon maintains a robust pro bono practice that ranges from litigating veteran benefits claims as well as vindicating Civil Rights though Section 1983 actions in excessive force and wrongful arrest contexts.

Dillon received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2019, where he was the Executive Board Member at the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He his B.S., magna cum laude, in political science from the University of Florida in 2014. Dillon continued at the University of Florida to earn his M.A. with distinction in public affairs in 2016.
