Judy Choi is a counsel in the firm's Government Contracts group and is located in the Washington, D.C. office. Judy focuses her practice on conducting internal investigations and advising clients on disclosures under the Mandatory Disclosure Rule. Judy also has experience counseling clients on a broad array of government contract matters including: the False Claims Act, regulatory compliance, claims, terminations, data rights, export control, cybersecurity, and cost allowability issues.  

In addition, Judy represents prime contractors and subcontractors regarding prime/sub contract formation, prime/sub disputes and other government contracts issues. She also counsels clients on state and local procurement issues, ranging from bid protests to contract negotiations with state agencies.

Judy received her J.D. from USC School of Law. During law school, Judy was an editor of the Southern California Law Review and an extern for the Justice H. Walter Croskey, California Court of Appeal, and the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She received her B.A. in political science from Barnard College and an M.A. in classics from the University of Chicago.
