Diana Jeschke is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office, where she practices in the firm's Energy Group. She focuses primarily on regulatory matters affecting clients in the electricity industry before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Diana has advised and represented clients in matters concerning market-based rates, transfers of FERC-jurisdictional assets, generator interconnections and other issues involving the Federal Power Act.

Before joining Crowell & Moring, Diana was an attorney-advisor to FERC Administrative Law Judges Carmen Cintron and David Coffman, where she assisted with electric, natural gas and enforcement proceedings. She was also an attorney at the California Air Resources Board, assisting with design and implementation of California's greenhouse gas regulations.
