Brent Westcott is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Los Angeles office and a member of the Antitrust Group. In his primary practice, Brent represents companies as plaintiffs in recovery actions when they have been victims of price-fixing cartels, and helps companies identify and pursue claims in large antitrust and tort settlements. He also conducts antitrust compliance training on issues including price fixing, resale price maintenance, price discrimination, and product distribution. Brent has represented and advised clients in the automotive, technology manufacturing and distribution, audiovisual, and musical instrument industries, among others.

Brent maintains an active pro bono practice. In 2016, he was one of two associates to receive Crowell & Moring’s George Bailey Award for his work litigating a federal civil rights case through a jury trial. Brent is also a member of the Bet Tzedek New Leadership Council.

Brent received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned membership in the Moot Court Honors Program and served as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. During his final year of law school, Brent served as a law clerk at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, D.C., where he worked on e-discovery, privacy, and international regulatory matters.
