Brendan Sepulveda is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where he practices in the Antitrust and Intellectual Property groups. In his antitrust practice, Brendan counsels and represents clients in both litigation and transactions related to competitor collaborations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act in addition to representing clients in regulatory reviews and investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Brendan also represents clients seeking to recover damages in private antitrust litigation. In his intellectual property practice, Brendan represents clients in trade secret and patent litigation across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, lighting, and life sciences.

Brendan has an active pro bono practice. Most recently, he co-authored a report on voting rights in Virginia as part of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights' Voting Rights Project. Brendan is also an active participant in Crowell & Moring's tutoring partnership with the Thurgood Marshall Academy, a D.C. public charter school.

Brendan received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was the editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review's technology and law blog. As a law student, Brendan interned for a year with a major professional sports league where he assisted in-house lawyers on various transactional, copyright, and trademark matters. Brendan received his B.S. in biology from the University of Virginia, where he also majored in history. Prior to law school, Brendan served for two years in an AmeriCorps college access program, assisting high school students navigate the college admissions process.
