Yaël Rager


Yaël Rager is an associate at Crowell & Moring’s Brussels office and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group. Her practice focuses on EU and Belgian competition law, covering, for example, restrictive practices, antitrust litigation, and merger control.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Yaël was a trainee at a leading company in antitrust damage recovery. She subsequently worked at the EU Competition and Regulatory practice of a renowned Benelux independent law firm, where she advised national and international companies on various competition-related matters before the Belgian Competition Authority and the European Commission.

Yaël obtained her LL.B. from Maastricht University, where she focused on international and European law. She has three Master’s degrees: an LL.M cum laude in international business law (with a focus on EU competition law) from Tilburg University, a Master’s in Belgian law from the Free University of Brussels (VUB), and finally an LL.M. cum laude in competition law from King’s College London. Yaël has been a member of the Brussels bar since September 2020.
