Vivian Le is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office, where she practices in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group. She focuses her practice on pursuing and maximizing claims in large antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of national and international clients.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring in August 2018, Vivian was an in-house counsel at Southern California Edison Company. In that capacity, Vivian concentrated her practice in the areas of regulatory compliance and regulatory litigation matters and was lead counsel on several power procurement programs, working closely with clients to seek approval of power purchase agreements before the California Public Utilities Commission and advising clients on a variety of complex regulatory matters and business decisions. Additionally, Vivian provided legal support to Southern California Edison’s corporate communications and strategic planning groups, counseling clients on copyright and trademark use and drafting agreements. While in law school, Vivian interned for Southern California Edison’s Commercial Litigation and Claims & General Litigation groups.

Vivian received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Vivian served as the executive senior editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and earned certificates in business law and media & entertainment law. Vivian was also involved in the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Legal Aid Alternative Break. Prior to law school, Vivian attended the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, earning a Bachelor of Science in marketing and graduating magna cum laude.
