Tyler Brown is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where he practices in the Government Contracts and International Trade groups. Tyler’s government contracts practice focuses on bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as False Claims Act (FCA) investigations. His international trade practice focuses on assisting clients with filing notices and declarations before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and during classification requests before Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Tyler’s recent pro bono representation includes a client seeking to uphold an award of legal immigration status in front of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and a client in a custody/domestic dispute before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

Tyler received his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as a note and comment editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and president of Pepperdine OUTLaw. During law school, Tyler also externed for the Honorable Rosemary M. Collyer at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Tyler graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in International Relations and Global Studies, Asian Cultures and Languages, and Plan II Honors.
