Tyler Brown is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where he is a member of the Government Contracts Group. Tyler’s practice focuses on various government contracts issues, including government and internal investigations related to the False Claims Act, Procurement Integrity Act, and other civil and criminal matters; suspension and debarment proceedings; federal subpoena responses; and bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
During the 2020-2021 term, Tyler served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Tyler received his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as a note and comment editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and president of Pepperdine OUTLaw. During law school, Tyler also externed for the Honorable Rosemary M. Collyer at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Tyler graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in international relations and global studies, Asian cultures and languages, and Plan II Honors.
