Tu-Quyen Pham is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Orange County office and is a member of the Insurance/Reinsurance Group. Tu-Quyen experience includes representing and advising Fortune 500 companies in a variety of litigation matters, including disputes involving intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation, labor & employment law, environmental law, consumer class actions, wage and hour class actions, and other complex commercial disputes. She has successfully litigated matters in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation, and has experience at both the trial and appellate level.
Tu-Quyen graduated from University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) where she served as editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Business Law Journal, externed for the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel (Ret.) in the Northern District of California, and was an award-winner in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition on trademarks. She also holds an undergraduate degree in information and computer science from University of California, Irvine, with a minor in management.
Tu-Quyen has a dedicated commitment to the community, with experience serving the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, Orange County Head Start, and Beta Foster Care. She also has extensive pro bono experience handling immigration and trademark matters.
