Tiffany Wynn is a counsel in Crowell & Moring's White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Groups. Her practice is focused on the representation of individual and corporate clients in matters involving allegations of fraud and regulatory non-compliance, including False Claims Act (FCA) litigation and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations. Tiffany is also an active participant in Crowell & Moring's pro bono program.
Representative Engagements
- Represented defense-sector contractor in connection with alleged civil FCA violations, which concluded with the dismissal of all claims against client.
- Defended advanced technology manufacturer in Department of Justice investigation into potential FCA and/or fraud allegations related to supply of armored vehicle spares to government; client avoided any criminal or civil charges.
- Represented aviation-industry company in an internal investigation regarding potential violations of the FCPA and other federal offenses.
- Represented corporate officer in conjunction with company's internal investigation and subsequent voluntary disclosure to the Department of Justice regarding potential violations of the FCPA and other federal offenses.
Tiffany received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she participated in the Institute for Public Representation and successfully represented victims of employment discrimination. Tiffany received her undergraduate degree from Duke University.
