Tai Williams


As a member of Crowell's International Dispute Resolution Practice, Tai represents foreign and domestic clients in Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) and Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) litigation, which includes victims of terrorism around the globe. Further, she counsels foreign and domestic entities in disputes that may arise with foreign sovereigns.

Tai is also a member of the Health Care Group, representing managed care organizations, insurers, and health care providers in complex litigation. Her experience includes affirmative claims for recovery in commercial arbitrations based on fraudulent pricing. She works with various health care entities seeking to comply with federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to fraud and abuse.

Tai maintains an active pro bono immigration practice. She represents clients seeking asylum and special immigrant juvenile status, among other forms of relief.

Tai received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. During her time there, she served as a writing fellow to assist peers in their legal writing, led the GW Law Association for Women as president, and represented low-income clients as a student attorney in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic.
