Skyler Peacock is a Mass Tort, Product, and Consumer Litigation associate in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. From surgically implanted medical devices to recreational off-road vehicles, Skyler represents a wide array of product manufacturers in matters as diverse as class and mass tort actions and regulatory challenges. Skyler’s clients have included Fortune 500 companies, international retailers, and other industry leaders.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Skyler was a commercial litigator at a Washington, D.C.-based international law firm. Skyler’s practice included everything from commercial contract and corporate governance disputes to securities litigation.

Skyler attended William & Mary Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as lead articles editor for the Law Review. During his third year, Skyler was also one of six students selected to participate in the law school’s Appellate & Supreme Court Clinic—an opportunity that allowed him to argue an appeal before a panel of the Eighth Circuit and co-author a brief for the District of Columbia Circuit.
