- Advising a U.S. asset-based lender (lead arranger) in relation to a $200 million syndicated credit facility to a global performance company.
- Advising an asset-based lender in relation to providing facilities pursuant to four acquisitions creating the largest independent timber distribution company in the United Kingdom.
- Advising an asset-based lender in relation to a cross-border transaction providing financing to a global toy, games, arts & crafts company.
- Advising an asset-based lender with the finance of two sponsor led cross-border acquisition finance transactions in relation to a group of health care and pharmaceutical companies.
